2. How to send us legal notice. Send any legal notice, claim, demand, or dispute in writing by certified mail or overnight courier to: Mountains Reign Ranch LLC, Attn: Legal Notices, 16975 Falcon Hwy, Peyton, CO 80831. Please also email a copy to mountainsreignequipment@gmail.com. Email alone is not legal notice. A notice takes effect when we receive it. Service of process goes to our registered agent on file with the Colorado Secretary of State.

3. Website information. We provide the content on this website for general information. Prices, availability, specifications, and photos can change without notice and may contain errors. If an order is affected by a pricing or listing error, we may correct it or cancel the order before the equipment is released, and we'll refund any amount paid for a cancelled order. Equipment specifications come from manufacturers. You are responsible for confirming that a machine suits your job.

4. Our policies control. Our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy govern every rental and sale. Statements on product, service-area, or marketing pages do not change those documents.

5. Safety. Operating heavy equipment is dangerous. Nothing on this website is safety training or professional advice. Follow the manufacturer's operating manual and all applicable safety rules. Before you dig, call Colorado 811 to have underground utilities marked. You must also identify septic tanks, leach fields, and other buried features on your property.
