Snow Season Schedule

SNOW SEASON SCHEDULE (Addendum to Equipment Rental Agreement)

This Schedule applies to Snow Season Package rentals and is part of the Equipment Rental Agreement. If it conflicts with the Agreement, this Schedule controls for Snow Season Package rentals.

1. First month. The first month's rent, $3,250.00 plus applicable taxes, is paid at booking.

2. Monthly invoices. MRE will email an invoice for each later month at least seven (7) days before the month starts. Each invoice is due on the first day of the month it covers (the "Due Date"). Rent is paid in advance. Overage hours, fuel, damage, delivery, and other charges owed under the Agreement will be added to the next invoice or billed separately, and are due within ten (10) days.

3. Minimum term. The minimum term is three (3) months. If Customer returns the Equipment, or ends the Agreement, before three months' rent has been paid, the unpaid balance of the three-month minimum is due on return.

4. Early return after the minimum. A month already invoiced is not prorated or refunded. No new invoices will be issued after the Equipment is returned and checked in.

5. Season end. The rental ends March 31. A partial final month is billed pro rata by day. Equipment not returned by March 31 is billed at MRE's standard monthly rate until it is returned.

6. Nonpayment and default. If an invoice is unpaid ten (10) days after its Due Date, MRE may send a written past-due notice. If the balance isn't paid within three (3) business days after that notice, Customer is in default. MRE may then end the rental, recover the Equipment under the Default and Repossession section (§14), and collect all unpaid amounts, including the rest of the three-month minimum and reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.

7. Card on file. The card or deposit on file secures Customer's obligations. MRE may charge it only for amounts in default after the notice in Section 6, and will email a receipt for any such charge. There is no routine auto-charge.

8. Billing disputes. Customer must raise any invoice error in writing within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Customer must pay the undisputed part by the Due Date.

No late or bounced-payment fees apply under this Schedule.
